The last month - and some pictures

Well I am almost done with the 1st trimester so that means I have energy again! Baby Seminole #2 is doing great. Mommy has gone through some sickness and been really tired but its all worth it. By this time when I was pregnant with McKenzie the only pregnancy symptoms I had were extreme fatigue, extreme aversion to chicken and a few tight shirts and skirts. Now I'm 11 weeks and 3 days and again I've had extreme fatigue but my aversion is to green veggies and there are so many smells I can't stand. I've also poked out at this point. Most of my dress clothes don't fit... they are either too big or too small. But like I said, its all worth it.

We went for my 1st official OB appointment on Feb. 23 and I was so worried something was going to be wrong. I know of so many people who have had miscarriages I was so worried it would happen to me. Well, while we were in there it was difficult to hear the heartbeat. Apparently the midwives could hear a really faint one but I couldn't hear anything. The funny thing is that even while they were moving the doppler all around on my belly to find the heartbeat I wasn't worrying. I knew that God is in control and this baby is going to be ok. I wish this calm had been over me before the appointment. The good thing about not getting a real strong heartbeat was that we got to do a quick ultrasound! It is amazing how much the baby has grown and changed in 3 weeks.

I have some pictures of the baby and my belly. I plan on updating once a week from this point on. I saw a really cute idea of this blog on pinterest so we'll see.
