4th of July Weekend - lots of pictures

For the 4th Jason, McKenzie and I decided to go visit Jason's parents in Cades Cove. Friday we took McKenzie to her 1st amusement park - Dollywood. It was a great park for McKenzie because there wasn't a TON of people there like Disney or Six Flags and there are a lot of shows to see so Jason's parents could watch her. She enjoyed it, all except for the train ride. It blew coal on us (we didn't know that was going to happen) and she did not like being covered up. During the main show McKenzie was really into the musical aspect of it. She jus sat on Jason's lap and "watched" the show. I think she is going to be my theatrical girl. When I was pregnent I almost had craving like experiences with show tunes, so you never know.

Dollywood!

Isn't she adorable?

On the actual 4th we hung around the camper and then went on The Loop around the Cove. We saw a bear in a tree but I didn't get a picture. Then we had a BBQ with the park rangers and volunteers (Jason's parents are volunteers). Later we headed into Townsend to watch fireworks. McKenzie loved them!

Sunday Jeffrey and Courtney came over and we hung out for the day. We took a long trip around the loop and saw lots of deer, no bear though.
