Ah, its been a while since I've posted and so much as gone on. We went to Pensacola for the 1st timeMemorial Day weekend. It was so much fun! McKenzie got to meet most of her extended family on Friday night. Saturday we went out to Perdido Key for some lunch at the Shrimp Basket and took McKenzie to the beach for the 1st time. It was a yucky day and really windy so she didn't like it too much. Jason and I really enjoyed being out there though. Sunday we went to my Grandma and Grandpa's chruch so they could show her off and hang out. Monday we went to Grannie and Papa's for a family get together. That was a blast. We played volleyball and swam. Inthe envening others fished in the pond. Jason and I are not real big on fishing. Tuesday we sadly had to leave but we took McKenzie to Ashley's and Mom's work so they could show her off.
Its amazing how many people want to see my baby girl.
Wednesday was a big day for me. We put McKenzie in her crib for the first night. She LOVES her crib. I took pictures to mark the event ... she's so cute! The first few are from the first night and the last one is from yesterday. I can't believe my baby is growing so fast. I have to go back to work tomorrow and I'm not looking forward to it. Jason will be with her Monday and our friend Ashley will be with her the rest of the week. Monday and Tuesday next I have to work too but McKenzie is going with me those days. Then summer starts!!!
McKenzie is sticking her tounge out at me. I think she's saying "Ha Mom, I'm sleeping in my bed now!"
