Beach/ Swimming Girl!

We went to Cocoa last weekend and McKenzie got to see the Atlantic for the 1st time. She's not a big fan of being at the beach when its hot so we went Friday evening. I also tried to take her to the pool at the hotel but it was too hot then. I did get a pic of her with her cute sunglasses on though! Sunday we went to the beach long enouugh for me to get some pictures of McKenzie "laying out". That evening we went to Ms. Terry's pool and McKenzie got to swim for the fist time! She LOVED it!! I was so happy. I think the key is to let her swim when it isn't so hot out. She doesn't loved the chlorine though, her eczama (I don't know how to spell it) got a little worse even though I gave her a bath afterword. Anyways here are some pictures!

2 month update

Tuesday we went for McKenzie's 2 month check up. She's a whopping 11lbs 5oz and 23.25 inches long. She's all good. SHe also got her 1st shots. It broke my heart to hear her cry like that. The Tylenol got her quiet though. She had no problems with the shots but I was dissapointed she didn't get a cute band-aid to put on. Isn't that the only good part of shots? Oh well, we're done with those for a little while!
